Your pack shipment
You must count a period of 5 additional business days if the article is not currently available in our inventory.
Packages are generally dispatched shipped within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Canada Post Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Lingerie Ka Inc. takes no responsibility for losses, flights, delays, and any damage that may occur to packages during shipping.
Cannot us deliver to a p.o. box.
If Lingerie Ka Inc. can deliver a product due to the product being out of stock, you will be informed by email or by phone. The client will not be charged.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Fixed $10 handling fee deducted from each refund or exchange request. With the exception of a return of defective goods, or in the event of an error on our part. All maternity products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. We care that you are completely satisfied with your purchases at the www.lingerieka.com online store. However if you are not satisfied with an item you need to submit an application for return, exchange or refund to Lingerie Ka by email at the following address: info@lingerieka.com . You have 30 calendar days to return an item that does not match your expectations. The date indicated by the postal seal when the return shall not exceed 30 calendar days after the date of dispatch of the order.
Following the analysis of your application Lingerie Ka Inc. reserves the right to accept or refuse your return, exchange or refund.
If your return request is approved by Lingerie Ka Inc., we will email you with an authorization number.You have one week from the date of receipt of this email to return the article to us with the authorization number.The return must be sent to the following address:

Your return, exchange or refund will be considered as cancelled by Lingerie Ka if the period of a week is not respected.
The refund is using the same method of payment that was used at the time of purchase and will be processed within five working days of receipt of the goods at our premises.
You will assume all costs of shipping and handling during the return, as well as all customs duties and taxes on international shipments.
No credit or refund will be given to customers for the costs of transportation and handling, with the exception of return of defective products or a mistake on the part of Lingerie Ka.
CONDITIONS
For Lingerie Ka Inc. to process your refund, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice.
MERCHANDISE
Any returned item must be in perfect condition and should not have been worn, used, altered, soiled, washed or damaged, and must be in its original packaging with tags attached to it.
NON-REFUNDABLE ARTICLES
Due to the intimate nature of some items and standards of hygiene, we regret not being able to offer exchange or refund for the following items: panties, teddies, swimsuits and every set of lingerie which includes panties. If these items are returned to Lingerie Ka Inc., they will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be granted.
GIFT CARDS
A lost or stolen Gift Card cannot be replaced. Gift Cards are not refundable.
FINAL SALES
Final sales applies to any goods having been reduced by 20% or more of the original price, that is, no refund or exchange will be granted to these items.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please contact customer service as soon as possible to info@lingerieka.com before your order is processed.
In the case of an order already shipped we will not be able to cancel it, please refer to the return policy
